Founder's Message

Without libraries, what are we? Libraries preserve our past and guide us towards our futures. A library is a treasure trove of wisdom and information.
To build a library is to create life and communities. Libraries are portals to other worlds and understanding of the human condition. Stories teach us empathy and build resilience.

Kalaghar

Kalaghar is our name for workshops/events organised during public holidays particularly on the 2nd or 4th Saturdays of each month dedicated to stir exploration and engagement with environmental and social issues through art, creativity and dialogue.

Science Programme

The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation in Delhi is our collaborating partner for two programmes in South Sikkim: Sadbhavana with Nature and GenNext STEP (Generation Next Science, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Practice).
